Redefining the Claims Process: The Precision Shift
After decades of experience at the helm of major claims and disputes across the Middle
East, including landmark projects such as the Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai airport,
and One Zabeel, our founder, Mohamad Rami Kabbara, saw a persistent pattern: companies called in experts once it was too late.
Despite world-class construction and engineering, too many stakeholders were challenged by disputes that could have been prevented with the right advice at the right time.
That realization sparked the creation of PAR Advisory. What Mr. Kabbara envisioned wasn’t just another consultancy. It was a new kind of partner, one that combined the sharpness of top-tier claims analysis with the responsiveness of on-the-ground support.
And with that, he launched one of PAR’s most distinctive offerings: Real-Time Dispute Management—a forward-thinking service that supports clients throughout the project, flagging issues early, ensuring proper documentation, and building a stronger position before disputes even arise.
