We carried out a retrospective critical path delay analysis based on available documentation and supplemented missing data through structured interviews and corroborative evidence. Our report was designed to meet judicial standards, with clearly articulated methodology, findings, and conclusions aligned with best practices in forensic delay analysis.

Outcome

The experts appointed by the Court of Appeals adopted the conclusions presented in our delay report. Based on these findings, the Court of Appeals issued a revised ruling that reduced the award to the main contractor by 70%, representing a significant win for the

owner.
